In the midst of all the drama and schadenfreude, I forgot to mention that I managed to pen reviews for Alone in the Dark and H.G. Wells’ War of the Worlds.
Then again, given the quality of these flicks, that may not be such a surprising thing.

I saw the Spielberg/Cruise “War” last Sunday. I was pretty soundly disappointed.
Add that one to already lengthy list of “I’ll Wait for the DVD to go on the Pre-Viewed Table at Hollywood Video.”
Well, your mileage may vary, as they say. Some folks thought it was great, I don’t think I’ve seen such promising material so badly produced.I really wanted to like it, too.
Well, I liked it well enough. And I thought the material was so-so; the production was what wowed me.
